One of our team members has lost a family member so we are rallying around them to comfort, help and support them as much as we can! All WCK team members will be donating their time and WCK will be donating ALL proceeds from rentals and cup donations. Thank everyone in advance for any contributions!!!
Need a light for your board or kayak? We carry lights ranging in price from a basic $12 all-around, clip-on, white light, to our popular above deck suction lights for $45. We also have under deck lighting options as well.
• Do I need to be experienced? All experience levels and ages are welcome to join us. The West Coast Kayaks crew will provide any necessary instruction to make sure you are comfortable throughout our trip - this is a relaxing paddle, not a race so everyone can enjoy it!
• What do I need to bring? You need to bring your kayak or paddle board, a life jacket and whistle (while you do not have to wear your life jacket, you must have a life jacket and whistle on board per Coast Guard regulations.) An all-around white light is required for after sunset and will be available to purchase. We also have a huge selection of lights ranging in price from $12-$45 and underwater LEDs from $89 to $199.
• Will you have kayaks or paddleboards to rent? Yes, however we always sell out, as quantities are limited. To reserve a rental, call (727) 954-8814 to reserve a rental ASAP or before 12 PM Friday, February 2nd. We will not have extras available to rent on the beach at the time of the event.
• Is there a cost? NO! If you bring your own board or kayak there is no cost. Donations towards our current mission in Nicaragua are happily accepted. A $10 donation gets you a 12 oz. stainless steel Calcutta tumbler and an opportunity to give back to others in desperate need. We also have 20 oz. tumblers for $20 donations and 30 oz. tumblers for donations of $30 and above.
